Wind farms: Poetry(???) in motion

A poet I yam, I yam!

So says Jack Coleman.
How could he be wrong?
So I’ll play with your mind
By playing along.

I went off to Denmark
To follow the breeze,
To chase Danish wind farms
And absorb expertise.

And what I found there
Was beyond expectation,
Wind making energy
For a fifth of the nation.

While here in America,
That most modern of lands,
We sit on our butts,
Or at least on our hands.

A mere one percent
Of our power comes from wind,
A portion so small
That it boggles the mind.

Oh, how I long
To witness in motion
Our own wind mills turning
From ocean to ocean.

It may take a while,
To get us in shape,
But we can start now,
Right here on the Cape.

It may take a while
To bring people around
To this sound idea
Right here in our Sound.

The poem has a charming light touch to our serious quest for clean power now.

I note you copyright your photos. Can I do that?

The photo of the turbine is excellent. How did you get those little clouds in the picture? Very good illustrations.

Note to "Artist":

Thank you. I appreciate it.

Photos are copyrighted when you create (shoot) them, but I place the copyright notice to preclude their being declared in the public domain because they're on the web. That way I legally retain rights and can sell them later if I wish.

The clouds are real. I waited till the boat drifted in at the correct angle to make the shot.
